We ask that you keep these early visits to 75 minutes or less to allow for others to have the experience and because safety guidelines suggest limiting time spent in a single place.
We promise to set expectations as clearly as possible and will personally connect with you throughout this reservation process to go over your plans and answer any questions and concerns you may have.
We promise to follow safety, sanitization, and social distancing guidelines and provide our staff and guests with all required PPE equipment. Staff will wear masks at all times and will undergo wellness screenings and temperature checks daily. Glassware is cleansed with 180°F water treatment in our commercial grade glasswasher. Extensive cleaning and sanitization procedures are in place to ensure touchpoints are sanitized and safe, utilizing EPA approved disinfectant.
In today’s world hospitality means safety. We promise to maintain our hospitality and provide an educational wine tasting experience.

RESERVATION DETAILS:
Based on safety guidelines from New York State, State Liquor Authority, Wine America, Wine Institute, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, CDC, and OSHA, visits to Sparkling Pointe will be subject to the following protocol:
• Visits to the Sparkling Pointe Tasting House are by Reservation Only.
• Groups must be limited to 6 guests or less. Please do not make multiple reservations for larger parties.
• All visitors must be at least 21 years of age. (No children of any age including infants and babies)
Thank you for understanding.
• Sparkling Pointe does not permit outside food, beverage, or pets on premises.
• Masks are required when entering and exiting, walking the grounds, and while interacting with staff.
• Wash your hands upon entering and exiting. We have hand sanitizer available.
• By State Liquor Authority mandate, wine and food may only be enjoyed while seated in designated outdoor spaces. For sanitary reasons, once guests are seated they may not switch tables. There will be no bar service and all tables will be at a minimum six feet away from any other group. We will be disinfecting all surfaces after each tasting utilizing EPA approved disinfectant.
• Traffic flow throughout the space has been carefully planned and will be clearly marked to maintain social distancing, including designated waiting areas and limiting restroom use to one customer at a time.
• Guests may only walk through the vineyard with permission of staff and once their tasting experience is completed. Wine may not be taken into the vineyard and social distancing must be observed.
• Lawn games are not allowed and we ask that you please stay off the grass areas.
• Tasting, By-the-Glass, and Food Pairing Menu will be accessible on the homepage of our website for contactless view on your mobile device. Please review this in advance of your visit and be ready to order.

• Sparkling Pointe is first and foremost a space for wine tastings to showcase our product. In this initial phase of re-opening we will not serve bottles of wine for consumption on-premise. Tastings and By-the-Glass are your options. Please do not give our staff a difficult time. We will ask confrontational guests to leave.
• Upon arrival for a visit, guests will text our reservation hotline (631.259.1999) to check in and will wait for confirmation to exit their vehicle and be guided to their table. Sparkling Pointe may cancel the reservation of anyone more than 15 minutes late.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Any guests that arrive intoxicated and/or are consuming alcoholic beverages upon arrival will be turned away. Any guests that do not abide by all social distancing, safety protocols, and reservation agreements will be asked to leave. We are required to deny service to any guests displaying symptoms consistent with COVID-19. Sparkling Pointe and New York State Law do not allow outside alcohol, wine, or beer brought onto our property. Drinking in the parking lot is not permitted. Thank you for your consideration.
